After placing an order for an S/MIME certificate and completing the certificate request, you will receive an "Invitation Email" to enroll and collect your certificate from within your account. Here is the guide for applicant to collect it.

1. After submitting your certificate request, you will receive an invitation email with a link and collection code to initiate the "Certificate Request". Here is an example of the Invitation Email:

2. We recommend you to use Internet Explorer (on Windows) for initiating the request using the link available on the invitation Email. 

    For Mac OS, we recommend you to install 'Firefox ESR' browser and initiate the request through the Firefox ESR.

    Once you open the link on the recommended browser, you will be requested to enter your "Email Address" and the "Collection Code" (contained in your invitation email).  After providing the values,             accept the subscriber agreement and click Submit & Request button.

3. After submitting the form, you will go to the following page, click the "Request My Certificate Now" button. If you accidentally click "No", click the "Request My Certificate Now" button again, and then click "Yes" when promoted again.

4.  After initiating the request, the following message will be shown. DO NOT close this browser session while the certificate is being installed.

5.  Once the installation has completed, you will see the following Successful message.

That's it. Your S/MIME Certificate has now been successfully installed.

NOTE: It is recommended for you to perform a backup of Certificate into a PKCS#12 ( .PFX/.P12 ) format. This will help you in recovering the certificate when needed.
